David Willis is a proven Brokerage Leader and Business Growth Strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping real estate professionals achieve breakthrough success. Throughout his career, David has been passionate about coaching, mentoring, and supporting agents to grow their businesses, consistently creating cultures where ambitious professionals thrive. As of September 29, 2025, David serves as Broker Manager for Coldwell Banker Vanguard’s Town Center and Nocatee offices in Florida. In this role, he focuses on empowering agents with the training, tools, and accountability they need to elevate production, expand market share, and build sustainable careers. His hands-on approach centers on aligning agent development with business growth, ensuring both individual and company-wide success.
Previously, David transformed Keller Williams Innovate by overseeing several South Carolina offices and more than 250 agents, driving 1,700 annual closings and $630 million in sales volume. He launched tiered coaching programs, mastermind groups, and targeted training sessions that resulted in double-digit productivity growth year over year. Earlier, as the founder and leader of SC Beach Real Estate, David grew the firm to 60 agents while instilling a high-performance, agent-first culture. His leadership there produced a 40% increase in per-agent productivity and positioned the brokerage as a market leader.
A former U.S. Marine, David brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to leadership while maintaining a deep commitment to developing others and helping them realize their full potential. He holds a Master of Arts in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from American Military University, along with advanced training from leading real estate coaching organizations. David’s driving purpose is clear: to inspire, coach, and equip real estate agents to achieve more than they thought possible, while positioning his offices as hubs of productivity and professional excellence in Florida’s growing markets.
